We ship Monday through Friday to the lower 48 states. Most orders ship between 1-4 business days from receipt of order. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, or internationally, but we need to quote these rates (listed shipping rates are for lower 48 states only).
Rates listed are for standard ground freight. Please contact us if you need expedited freight on your order, additional charges will apply.
Your must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will then issue a “Return Material Authorization” number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Items must be received in NEW/UNDAMAGED condition. For items received as described, a refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee) will be issued. Orders cancelled before shipment will incur a restocking charge in order to cover refund fees imposed by credit card companies and others such as PayPal. These charges will vary, depending on the payment processor. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Return Policy for new saddles:
*If a saddle return is needed, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
*Please retain all original packaging and paperwork for return.
*When trying out a saddle, use a clean saddle pad under the saddle, wrap the leathers in a soft protector such as a girth fleece cover or similar. You can ride in the saddle lightly, one to two times.
*Use a fleece seat saver so as not to leave marks on leather.
*Riding breeches are to be used. No jeans or other material, which can damage leather, is to be used.
*We recommend riding on the grass on a dry day and not in a dusty arena that will get the saddle dirty. We emphasize that a (new saddle) refund can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no sign of wear; otherwise a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the level of wear and/or damage as determined by the importer.
*Once item is received, a refund will be issued less 15% restocking charges and less shipping charges (if any).
*For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We do not assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
*For used saddles, a full refund can only be given if the saddle is returned in the same condition it was originally shipped by us.
*Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
